Embutidora Continua al vacío Modelo RS 650, Version completa, Adecuado para todo tipo de embutidos y porcionado de tripas naturales, de celulosa y colágeno.

El modelo Risco RS 650 es la embutidora industrial con vacío total, específica para la producción de jamón cocido de calidad. Este modelo es ideal para embutición de los músculos enteros de grandes dimensiones, con peso individual de más de 500 gramos. Las piezas son suavemente embutidas, manteniendo en este modo su entereza original. La conexión de la tolva al vacío, a través de un tubo ancho de 200 mm, con depósito en el suelo, completa la automatización total de la RS 650, lo que permite una excelente productividad. Durante la fase de carga del producto, que es por aspiración, y durante la operación de embutición, están en acción dos circuitos independientes de vacío; el sistema de embutición concéntrico de paletas Risco, la alimentación precisa y continua y el servo control con la nueva tecnología Risco completan este extraordinario modelo. El resultado es un producto embutido de primera clase, uniforme, compacto, y sin ningún residuo de aire. Gracias a la flexibilidad mecánica y el software del modelo RS 650, puede ser fácilmente conectada y operar en sincronismo con rápidas máquinas clipadoras y con guillotinas de uno o dos cabezales para la producción en moldes o directo a en termoformadoras.
